Our Prenatal Yoga class provides a nurturing environment for women with a certified teacher.
Through yoga postures, guided relaxation and breath awareness you will prepare the body and mind for the birth, and at the same time relieve the discomfort and stress associated with pregnancy.
These classes will leave you feeling strong, relaxed and more connected to yourself and your baby.
No Yoga experience is required and you can join the class at any stage of your pregnancy. Please consult your doctor or midwife for clearance.
