Back into full swing at Dance Yoga Barre this week

Hopefully you're feeling rested after a lovely short week, it was certainly a good way for me to ease back into classes at 'Dance Yoga Barre!'


My full schedule starts tomorrow and will be running for the next 10 weeks. Check it out online if you haven't already.


For this week only I invite all existing students to bring a friend to class for free!


My new classes this year are: 

Barre Thursday 10am and 

Lunch hour Power Yoga classes at 12pm on Monday and Friday. 

My offer of 'bring a friend for free' extends for the whole term (10 weeks) for these 3 classes (each friend can only come for free once but you can bring other friends over the 10 weeks). The lunch hour classes aren't brand new as such but they are something I am still working on establishing. 


As always feel free to contact me anytime and don't forget to get in touch if you want to try Yoga on stand up paddle boards, the conditions are perfect at the moment!
