With a qualified instructor and board hire available SUP Yoga is accessible to anyone that is comfortable being out on the water. It is the perfect balance of challenge and chill. All levels are catered for and class numbers are capped so everyone can be attended to. If the class times don’t suit, booking your own special SUP Yoga lesson at a time that does is easy; simply get a group together and contact me to arrange a time.
